之前報告剛好整理過一些課本內容，簡單附上Aseptic Necrosis of the Femoral Head(Legg-Calvé-Perthes Disease, LCPD)在幼年動物，股骨頭的血液完全是靠關節囊供應，當缺少血循時，股骨頭壞死，在關節等物理性壓迫下，最後導致股骨頭塌陷。常發生在未成年的玩具犬、小型犬，像是約克夏、poodle、博美、吉娃娃、傑克羅素、西高地白梗、巴哥、臘腸等等。臨床症狀是slow onset、進展性的跛行，通常是單側，<15%是雙側。
