Our understanding of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder(ADHD) has come a long way over the past ten years. Teachers can now identify the symptoms of a student with ADHD. These symptoms include:

⚫ Losing interest in things before they’re finished.
⚫   Procrastinating  on homework until it’s forgotten.
⚫ Forgetting daily work like bringing a lunchbox to school.

# Be patient and understanding.
    Over 10% of boys and 4.9% of girls have ADHD. A better understanding will help us make sure these students get the most from their time at school.
