The second reason is that, according to the government, switching from a one-year to a two-year study program brings Ontario’s teachers’ training up to the level of some of the other provinces which have longer times of study.應該是說，題目問的是teachers in Ontario和其他省的老師比起來，有甚麼好處(優點)?所以原本的一年確實是答案C我們看完文章的理解會誤以為題目問的是現在(改革後)的時間點
