Thirdly, some of the bus drivers display rude and unprofessional behavior towardspassengers. They often drive recklessly and ignore traffic rules, putting the safety ofpassengers at risk. I have also witnessed instances where drivers have yelled atpassengers for asking questions or requesting to get off at a specific stop.
 I believe that these issues are negatively impacting the daily lives of manycommuters in the city. As someone who relies on public transportation, I urge you totake action to address these concerns. 
To alleviate the traffic congestion problem, I suggest exploring the possibility ofintroducing more frequent bus services or incentivizing the use of alternative modesof transportation. Additionally, implementing a formal bus schedule and ensuring thatdrivers adhere to safety standards would go a long way in improving the quality ofservice provided to commuters.
