Dear Mr. Aesop,
I’m a big fan of your fables. I like animals very much, and you wrote lots of stories about them. Among these stories, I like The Boy Who Cried Wolf the most.
It tells the story of a boy. The boy was a shepherd, so he had to take care of sheep every day. He often felt bored when the sheep ate grass. One day, he came up with an idea. He shouted “Wolf!” to get other people’s attention. Many people came to help because the wolf might hurt the sheep and the boy. However, there was no wolf at all. People were not happy about that. A few days later, the boy did the same thing again, and people really got angry about that. A few weeks later, a wolf appeared. The boy shouted “Wolf!” to ask for help, but no one came.
In fact, I often told lies before. After I learned the story, I never did that again. Thank you for creating these great stories. They really taught me an important lesson.Best regards,
Michelle
