補充一下，Azithromycin是屬於巨環類抗生素，脂溶性好，能穿透BBB，進到腦組織，但不會進到腦脊髓液。“azithromycin appears to be widely distributed into brain tissue but not into cerebrospinal fluid or aqueous humor of the eye.”"Azithromycin is well absorbed.
