It's like a second password but makes life harder for athief to guess since it changes all the time. You should also set up your accounts with a verificationprocess. Anytime a change is made to your account, an email or text is sent to you to notify you ofthe change. If it wasn't you that made the change, you will get a heads up that something fraudulentis happening.
