葉綠醍(Phylloquinone)即維生素K,與凝血有關;凝血因子八、九和十一的缺乏為血友病。維生素B12有鈷，製造紅血球缺乏維生素E ：貧血、水腫、神經失調 患有類血友病的人，由於類血友病因子(von Willebrand factor, VWF ) 蛋白質出現問題，病人體內這種蛋白質的數量不夠或者蛋白質不能發揮正常的功能，因此造成血液凝固和出血停止需要較長的時間。factor VII是一種單鏈、維他命K依賴的血漿醣蛋白，主要在肝臟製造。factor VIII缺乏造成血友病A型血友病可分為兩種主要的型別，血友病A型為缺乏第8凝血因子，血友病B型為缺乏第9凝血因子
