【評論內容】不良反應之分類藥品是用來預防、減輕或治療疾病之用，但許多投藥後卻會產生不良反應事件。一般將此不良反應依藥理作用與毒性分為主要二種類型 (types) (下述前二型)，另亦有將之延伸分為五種 (下述前五型)、甚至全部之七種類型者：一、type A  為增加或減少正常藥理作用之反應；其反應為可由已知之藥理作用事先預期得到的反應，此類型之反應發生率高、致死率低、具正常之〝質〞的反應、通常與使用劑量之大小有關連性 (dose-dependent)、不良反應發生後之對策處置為調整劑量，此型屬於藥量不正常之反應，例如抗凝血劑引起的瘀傷、TCAs，antihistamines， phenothiazines等，具有非主要藥理作用之anticholinergic eff...
