在採用 RR 的短期排班程式 short-term scheduler 中，一個行程的 time slot 用完後會被中斷 interrupt，比照行程狀態圖 process transition diagram, PTD 可得知當行程被中斷後應該回到 Ready 中等待下一次的執行
