建材，調劑 第17章 藥品之不良反應，第四節 血液疾病 的第三點 血小板減少症(thrombocytopenia)，有提到Penicillin可能造成末梢血小板破壞而引起血小板減少(凝血作用下降=出血=抗凝血作用增強)，雖然這屬於ADR(不一定會發生)，但這樣b選項感覺會有點瑕疵(但也沒其他選項可選)。https://www.tafm.org.tw/ehc-tafm/s/viewDocument?documentId=d7f68ceb6000469e88ac19bfdb44f1dd用建材的說服力可能不夠，所以我也找了一篇文章，網址是台灣家庭醫學會關於血小板減少症，表一 中的第四格中就有寫到penicillin。b選項是指heparin的抗凝血作用(抑制凝血因子)拮抗，機轉是不太一樣，要申請爭議可能還是有些牽強，只是補充一下而已。
