出處：https://://www1.cgmh.org.tw/khcc/article/article_content/article03.html(D)評估甲狀腺癌轉移病灶區的效果相等於I-131 NaI -錯誤因為甲狀腺癌對於Tc-99m 及I-131敏感度不同，所以轉移病灶區域的敏感度不同。甲狀腺乳突癌(Papillary cancer) 以及及濾泡癌(Follicular cancer) 為分化良好的甲狀腺癌(well differentiated thyroid cancer)，佔所有甲狀腺癌的90％左右，這些癌細胞皆保有攝入碘的功能。另外一種分化不良的髓質癌則對碘的敏感度低。
