Last Wednesday, Brain didn’t go to school and he stayed at home all day.  He woke up at eleven in the morning, and found it was too late for school.  He called his teacher, Miss Huang, and told her that he was sick.  However, he wasn’t sick at all.  He had some milk and a sandwich before he began his busy day.  He washed the clothes, mopped the floor, made lunch, and took lunch to the hospital to his mom.  His mom fell down from her motorcycle last Monday and had to stay in the hospital.  His dad is a taxi driver and doesn’t have time to take care of his mom.  Brain is the only child in the family and he thought he should do all the housework and take good care of his mom.   But it wasn’t easy for him.  He couldn’t have enough sleep and enough time to study.  He was tired, but he felt happy to help his dad and mom.
