isoniazid是CYP 450的inhibitor和ketoconazole並用會使其濃度上升 所以B也是錯的 當時沒有勘誤出來

isoniazid跟ketoconazole的交互作用是特例要記起來～其他時候isoniazid是屬於inhibitor
