Around 95% of the public have agreed on the law since they learned about the poor dog whose name wasLucy. In 2013, when she was five years old, she was saved from a puppy farm where she had been kept in asmall cage much of her life. Her body was broken. This kind of farms terribly treated animals and did notprovide enough care for them. What Lucy went through on the puppy farm caused her many health problems.
