        Though smartphones are very popular now, will theystill be used to reach others in the future? Companies have begunto develop wearable(穿戴式的) technology. However, how canwearables compete(競爭) with smartphones?
         For example, smart watches by Samsung and Sony can let youtake photos, make calls, listen to music, and receive(收到)messages. Such wearables may be comparable to smartphones.However, what makes people choose wearables instead? For one,it has to be easy to use. Second, it should have health measurementfunctions(健康測量功能), so that people might wear them everyday. Besides, while smart-phones are “hand-held,” wearableslet users be freer to do more things with their hands because they'rehands-free.
         Wearable technology could become a part of daily life in thefuture. So, how well designers could do with both fashion andfunctions together can decide how popular it will become.
