Though fair trade coffee remains a small part of the overall coffee industry, it is now the most popular fair trade productin the world.   Recent studies have shown that young consumers are willing to pay more for sustainable food. With its commitment to ethicallysourced coffee, Starbucks seems to be ahead of the game, and this will benefit not only Starbucks but farmers and consumers around theworld.
