 Hey Michael,
      I just got my order, and I have some bad news to tell you. Some of the items were missing. Also, a few of them were completely wrong.
      The missing ones are the whale hand puppets, the shark fin hats, and the zebra pattern bags. It was strange to see them missing from the order because that never happened before.
      Now for the wrong ones. All of the hobbyhorses are brown, but we specifically asked for some black ones and a few white ones. Next, three of the cow toys don’t have tails, and only one of the ducks make any noise. Last, few of the snakes have eyes, and none of the kangaroos have pockets or babies in them. What’s with all of these mistakes? Are you having trouble with your workers, or are you training a new group of people?
      Anyway, I need you to solve this for me and fast. Christmas is around the corner, and I need to make sure our shelves are full and ready to go. Get back to me when you get this.
