Dear Daddy and Mommy                                                                                                       Oct. 5, 2017       I just arrived at Taiwan three days ago. Yesterday was my first Moon Festival and the Taiwanese did a lot of things to celebrate the day. Meg, one of my classmates here, invited me to go to their barbecue party on the Moon Festival. During the party, Meg’s mother made a lot of delicious moon cakes for us and we also ate Meg’s grandpa’s  juicy   pomelos. We even used the pomelo to make a funny pomelo hat because they said the hat would give a lot of water to our hair. Everything was wonderful. Of course, we did not forget to watch the full moon outside the house in the mountains during the cool night. However, it rained a lot at around 10:30 and it was a little cold. So we went back to the house to watch the singing contest on TV. Thanks to Meg and her family, I really had a wonderful Moon Festival here.                                                                                                                                   Your son, Vincent.
