Amiodarone 的心臟副作用包含可能會造成惡化心律不整、心搏徐緩、低血壓Hypotension 、甚至心跳停 止，而心臟外的副作用則包括有肺毒性、肝毒性、週邊神經病變Neuropathy 、光敏感Photosensitivity、皮膚色素沉澱、 睡眠障礙、㆙狀腺機能亢進(1~23%)或㆙狀腺功能低㆘Hypothyroidism (1~32%)。
