「關於」英文可說 with regard to、 in regard to、 as regards或 regarding，切勿誤寫作 with regards to、 as regard等等，例如： He will give a talk with regard to/ in regard to/ as regards/ regarding this issue（他會就這個問題演講）。書信末尾的 with（ warm） regards to（ somebody）是「謹此（向某人）奉候」的意思，不可和 with regard to混為一談。留意 with regard to、 in regard to、 as regards這三個說法，有不少英文學者視為累贅，建議只用 regarding一字。弗萊斯（ Rudolf Flesch）在《寫作入門》（ The ABC of Style）書中，甚至認為 regarding都最好用簡單的 on或 about取代，例如 He wanted to talk to me regarding...
