parapneumonic pleural effusion:1) pH<7.2, 2) Glu<40, 3) LDH1000 胸腔積液就會產生感染現象, 此時分析積液成份, 可發現其酸鹼值降低 (因為微生物無氧代謝產生過多的酸), 白血球增加, 蛋白及LDH 濃度增加, 以及細菌培養產生陽性反應等等.
