腦中風的症狀簡介(1) 前大腦動脈中風ACA支配範圍內囊前肢、額葉、頂葉內緣症狀對側下肢無力、對側下肢麻木、缺乏動機、abulia (akineticmutism、沒有動機、運動不能性緘默)、出現抓握反射grip、disconnection apraxia(失聯失用)、尿失禁(2) 中大腦動脈中風MCA支配範圍簡單分成兩區，分別為superficial branch和lenticulostriate branch前者支配額、頂、顳葉的外側皮質後者則支配內囊後肢、putamenSuperficial branch對側的頭、頸、手無力和麻木；若是在優勢側還會有Broca’s aphasia或是Wernicke’s aphasia，甚至有global aphasia出現；右側頂葉區中風可能會有hemineglect syndrome(對中風對側的刺激沒有反應)。Lenticulostriate以basal gangli...
