問題詳情

Tina was really angry because she found Ken, her brother , took her iPad away. He insisted he just forgotto tell her before he “borrowed” it. He told Tina not to make a mountain out of a molehill. “It’s not a big deal. You shouldn’t be angry about it” he said. Tina hoped Ken to say sorry to her; however, he didn’t do that. Infact, Ken knew his mistake, but it was difficult for him to say, “I’m sorry.” He thought that way would makehim look weak. Many people have the idea like Ken, and that’s why they don’t say sorry. Saying sorry doesn’t make youweak. It shows you are brave to admit you did wrong and want to make up for your mistake. When you apologize to people, they know that you understand their feelings, and your apology brings you closer tothem.  If you are not sure how to say sorry in the right way, here are some tips:
▋ Do it in person and say it with words. Don’t make excuses or say that other person is the problem ; all youhave to say is, “I’m sorry.” ▋ Don’t put off your apologies. Say you are sorry when you find your words or actions hurt other people.▋ Apologies have to be real; they have to be from your heart. Say sorry because you want to, not becauseyou have to. ▋ Tell other people you will change or do differently to keep yourself from doing the same thing next time.
