About the fillings
 1/2 cups sugar

 1. Put 1/2 cup sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in themixing bowl little by little; mix them together.Then, mix the flour into butter mixture to make asmooth dough. Press dough into a 9-inch tart pan;refrigerate crust for 30 minutes.
 2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
 3. Bake crust until  it  become golden brown, 15 to 20minutes.
 4. Stir sugar, eggs, lemon peels, lemon juice, and 1/2cup flour in a bowl until smooth. Pour lemon fillinginto crust. Cover edges of crust with strips ofaluminum foil to prevent burning.
 5. Bake tart until filling is set, about 20 minutes. Coolcompletely and dust with some sugar.
