Service: Firstly, I recommend providing additional training for your servers to ensure they areknowledgeable about the menu and can make recommendations to customers. Thiswill improve the overall experience for your diners and also increase the likelihood ofupselling. Additionally, I suggest conducting regular performance evaluations toidentify areas where individual servers may require further training or coaching. 
Secondly, I recommend implementing a system for tracking and managing customerfeedback to ensure that all concerns are being addressed in a timely and appropriatemanner. This will help to identify trends and make the necessary adjustments toimprove service levels.
 Interior: I suggest updating the decor of the restaurant to make it more modern and visuallyappealing. This could include updating the lighting, artwork, and furniture. Creatingan atmosphere that is comfortable and visually pleasing will help to attract and retaincustomers. 
Finally, I recommend reconfiguring the layout of the restaurant to improve the overallflow and increase the distance between tables. This will create a more spacious andcomfortable environment for customers to dine in.
