1.因為會抑制血球的製造，所以有可能會有貧血、白血球與血小板減少之副作用。在治療過程中需定期接受血液的檢查，萬一血球計數減少，很可能需要停藥。2.有些病人會對Imuran過敏，才開始使用便產生發燒、畏寒、關節與肌肉酸痛，頭暈與嘔吐等類似流行性感冒的症狀。如果確定不是感冒所致，一旦有上述症狀，便需要停藥，無法繼續以Imuran治療。3.Imuran也有報告會導致肝功能變化，如果肝功能檢查異常，也不能使用，不過只要停藥，肝功能都可以回復。4.Imuran有可能導致畸胎，因此懷孕或準備懷孕的婦女並不適合使用。5.有極少數的報告Imuran會有致癌的可能，大都是淋巴腫瘤。但是其機率很低，最近報導755位以Imuran治療大腸疾病追蹤29年，並沒有發現...
