內聽動脈=迷路動脈=The labyrinthine artery has a variable origin. Most often, it is a branch of the anterior inferior cerebellar artery (AICA), but occasionally it is a direct branch of the basilar artery. It accompanies the vestibulocochlear nerve (CN VIII) through the internal acoustic meatus. It supplies blood to the internal ear.
