(4)    Chris Evans was born in 1981 in Massachusetts, America.  His father is a dentist, and his mother is the artistic director at a theater.  Evans has two sisters and one brother.  One of Evans’ sisters, Carly, convinced him to pursue acting.  Evans took her advice.  In 1998, after high school, he moved to New York and began acting lessons.
