(C) Last night, Larry couldn’t sleep. He watched TV until 3 in the morning and then went to bed. Suddently, He heard a big noise in the kitchen. But when he went there, he saw nothing. Maybe it was a dream, he thought, and he went back to bed. This time he heard someone singsing in the kitchen. Again, he got up and slowly walked downstairs, but again there was nothing. Strange, Larry thought.       And he went to bed.An hour later, a scream woke him up. Now he was scared. He listened carefully. The scream came from the kitchen. He did not move. Next, he could hear singing and screaming at the same time. Could it be a thief?      In the end, he decided to go and check. He walked very slowly and carefully. The kitchen was empty. But he could still hear voice.       Larry walked to the living room and he saw a light there. The voice became louder. Because he needed to check, he went into the living room. Guess? What did he find out? The TV was still on. It was only a movie, and no thieves in his house.Finally, he turned it off and went back to bed.
