問題詳情
Do you know that every person wears two bags? One is in front, and the other is on his back. The one in front is very small, and the one on the back is very big. People know all about the bag in front but very little about the bag on the back.
Tommy, for example, often takes a quick look at the bag in front, and he sees it has all the faults of other people — John does not work hard, Paul is never on time, Dick makes a mistake again, Anna spends too much time talking on the cellphone, and Lily is too proud. Tommy feels that he is the greatest and the best because in that bag there is nothing about him.
But the other bag is on his back, so he cannot look into it. He doesn’t know he himself has all those faults — not working hard, not being on time, not being careful enough when working, not using the cellphone properly, and being too proud. The back bag is big, but not big enough to put all his faults in.
We are sorry that we can not sometimes change the places of the two bags. So we often can’t find out how big our own faults are.
