【評論內容】胃泌素瘤 (gastrinoma)，又稱 Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome，1955 年由 Zollinger 和 Ellison 發現而得名，是胰臟一種非 β 胰島細胞瘤。　　該病好發於青壯年男性，是腹部常見的神經內分泌腫瘤，可發生於胰腺、胃體、十二指腸壁、腸系膜及肝臟等部位。臨床表現是胃酸分泌過多，患者多有頑固性消化性潰瘍、腹瀉、逆流性食道炎、腹痛等症狀。治療原則：抑酸治療、手術切除腫瘤、已發生轉移患者可化學治療。
