Dear All,
As you may be aware, the upcoming opening of the new metro station near our North Vancouver headquarters will bring an influx of people and vehicles, which will make parking around the office more difficult than ever. In order to ensure that our full-time employees have access to parking without any inconvenience, we have rented the B2 and B3 floors of a nearby building for our exclusive use. 
As a full-time employee, you are entitled to free parking in the designated areas. However, in order to obtain a parking pass, you must complete an application form available on our website. Please note that this privilege is only available to our full-time employees.
For part-time employees, contractors, and interns, we have reserved 10 parking spots in the same location, which are available for a monthly fee of $500. To secure your parking spot, you must also complete the application form and obtain a parking pass. 
Please be aware that these parking spots are limited, and we urge you to apply as soon as possible to secure your spot. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our human resources department.
