四、閱讀測驗(一)A man and his wife were having some problems at home and were giving each other the silent treatment. After aweek, the man suddenly thought of something important---he needed his wife to wake him up at 5 a.m. for an earlymorning business flight. Not wanting to be the first to break the  silence  , he wrote on a piece of paper, “Please wake meup at 5 a.m.” The next morning the man woke up, only to discover that it was 9 a.m., and he missed his flight. He wasvery angry and just went out； he found a piece of paper by the bed.
