One of Japan’s TV stations once invited herto host Chinese cooking programs. She taught cookingskills on TV, wrote cookbooks, and gave cooking classes forhousewives. Also, many countries had invited Fu Pei-meito show delicious Chinese dishes. She made Taiwan morevisible in the world by introducing Chinese dishes abroad.Although she died in 2004, she has an important place inChinese food history in Taiwan.
