【評論內容】補個路徑這題當下看到A、B兩個選頂可以先刪掉,Clorazepate會先decarboxylation 再 hydroxylation產生 3-hydroxydesmethyldiazepam(100-2),Diazepam可代謝為Oxazepam。接下來就是C和D,Halazepam的特點是N上接CF3,下面的苯環沒有接東西,與Halazepam相比Flurazepam下面的苯環多接了F,也就是說可以合理推測Flurazepam就算怎麼代謝都不可能與Diazepam、Clorazepate、Halazepam一樣代謝為Oxazepam。再補個Oxazepam考古:51 下列 benzodiazepines 中,何者較適用於肝功能不良的病人?(101-1)(A) diazepam(B) fludiazepam(C) nimetazepam(D) oxazepam答案:D52 與 diazepam 相較,oxazepam 較適用於何種病人?(100-2)(A)肝功能不佳者(B)腎功能不佳者...
