(二) Positive thinking is a way of life. With a positive attitude, we experience pleasant and happy feelings.   In Summer Olympic of 2008, many people wondered enabled Michael Phelps to attain his goal of eight goldmedals. According to Phelps, his success, in large part, was due to positive thinking. He said, “I think that everything possible as long as you put your mind to it.” In Phelps’s case, positive thinking produced an attitude of hopeful expection andarmed him with the necessary tools to make him carry out his dreams.  It  can do the same for you.   Here are five tips for keeping your thought positive. First, turn off the TV. A recent study found that TV viewing is oftendone alone and can lead to feelings of isolation. Second, start moving. Exercise produces endorphins, which are chemicalsthat increase feelings of happiness, reduce anxiety and decrease negative feelings. Third, you should avoid people whoalways have something negative to say. Besides, make a list of  10  things you like about yourself , and reread it each time youbegin to feel discouraged. Finally, focus on what good success will bring to you when you finally reach your goals.
