＊補充前面討論中缺少的英國教育行政體系發展脈絡<<1899年教育法規定設置中央層級的教育主管單位「教育委員會」（the Board of Education），<<1902年教育法則規定設置「地方教育委員會」（Local Education Athorities, LEAs），取代原先的學校教育委員會（School Board），掌管地區性之教育行政業務。前述教育委員會在<<1944年教育法中被改組為「教育部」（Ministry of Education），其後，1964年10月，取回政權的工黨將教育部改組為「教育與科技部」（Department of Education and Science, DES）。1992年教育與科技部改稱「教育部」（Department for Education, DfE）。1995年教育部又改名為「教育...
