      You are just like our mother.
Every day you watch us walk in in the morning
 And say goodbye to us in the late afternoon.
      You sing beautifully and happily
 To tell us it’s time to learn new things.
 You always know when we are tired,
So you sing again to tell our teachers it’s time for a break.
      We spend so much time with you.
 We learn, we play, and we eat lunch,
 We meet new teachers and new classmates,
 We make friends, and we have fun.
In the classrooms, by the pond, or on the playground,
 We’ve spent so much time with you.
      But in our mind,
 There were only friends and teachers,
 And we seldom think of you.
 Now it’s time to say goodbye to you.
       I look around
 And finally realize you are always here.
 Looking at us with joy and love,
Watching us grow and become more mature every day.
 I know it’s hard for you to see us leave.
      Wait for us!
We’ll come back and get together with you again.
