C. 52 ~55      Kevin Lin, who just finished running across the world’s largest dry desert, shows Taiwanese spirit to the world. “ If you never try, you’ll never know whether you can make it, ”said Kevin.      With two other foreign runners, the 30-year-old Lin, successfully ran 4,000 miles across Sahara. Why did they run such a long way? One day, they found that people in Africa had no water to use. The life there was not good, either. They want other people in the world to notice that and care about them.       They began their trip in Senegal on November 2, 2006 and ended in Egypt on February 20, 2007. Along the way Lin wore out 11 pairs of shoes and lost nine kilos. Of course, they met lots of trouble on the way. But, they never gave up. “ The trip made me understand that if you never do something hard, you’ll never know how precious the life is.
