Axiolateral projection:TMJs-        Adjust head into a true lateral position.-        Align interpupillary line perpendicular to image receptor. Align midsagittal plane parallel with table/bucky surface.-        Angle 25-30 degree cauded, centered to 0.5 inch anterior and 2 inches superior to upside EAM.-        Structure shown: TMJ nearest the image receptor is visible.
