D、看到D選項有temporale我們就會想到顳葉，想到顳葉，就會想到聽覺還有wernicke's area，我記得當初上課的時候，老師說wernicke's area受損的話，他會一直講一直講，但是講了也很沒有邏輯。這個患者是講不出來，所以症狀不一樣。選D維基百科解法：The planum temporale is the cortical area just posterior to the auditory cortex (Heschl's gyrus) within the Sylvian fissure.
