【評論內容】「反省性教學」主要源自於杜威的「反省性行為」(reflection action),和熊恩(Schon,1983)的「在行動中反省」(reflection in action)等觀念。反省教學認為教育理論與實踐的關係乃是一種動態的辯證關係。實踐行動須透過反省為前導,來檢證理論的適切性與有效性;若經否證,即獲致更高層次的超越,對理論作部分修正,而得到一較新但仍為暫時性的理論,然此理論已較前理論更適用。教學並非單純資訊傳遞的「詮釋性」轉換過程,教室內所有知識的產生,都與師生的主動作為,及其詮釋理解的互動機制密切關聯。教師必須隨時處在「改變」當中,透過反省的行動,持續個人的專業學習,並且不斷融合理論與經驗,才能精確的掌握有效教學的方法。
