這題個人對民法第88條的理解是：得撤銷的情況有兩種
1. 意思表示之內容有錯誤(賣家標錯大部分可用這點去主張)，或
2. 表意人若知其事情即不為意思表示者，表意人得將其意思表示撤銷之。但以其錯誤或不知情，非由表意人自己之過失為限。(這條第一項後段開始，感覺是給買家主張，就是對方給的價格有錯，買的當下不知情，或買家根本沒犯任何錯誤，可以主張契約撤銷。)
