After labeling it, you can pass the book on by leaving it in a public place, for example, on a park bench or in a coffee shop. When someone finds your book and is interested in reading it, he or she will take it, visit BookCrossing website and enter the ID of the book to show someone has taken it. So when you go home and check the website, you'll know who is reading it. What’s more, you can talk on the website about your book with those people.  Who first started BookCrossing? It was Ron Hornbaker. He thought of the idea in March 2001 and set up the website in April 2001.
