因 half of whom were given one aspirin a day and...  此句是屬於 In a medical study...的 關係子句所以不可使用 half of them 不然此句就無法成為四大句型的任何一種（簡單句、並列句、複合句、並列複合句）若要使用 half of them 的話 該句須加上 and 使前後句形成並列句  (後面句型要不要改就另請高明了@@)
