        127 Hours is a movie based on a true story of an American outdoorsman, Aron Ralston. He almost died in an accident during one of his usual hiking trips. It happened when he went hiking in 2003. He fell into a narrow canyon but were unable to get out because his right hand was stuck under a boulder. What’s worse, he didn’t tell anyone about his hiking trip. Therefore, nobody knew where he was and nobody would try to look for him. He filmed himself saying goodbyes to his family and friends because he thought he was going to die. In the end, he had to cut off his arm in order to save himself. With only one hand, he climbed up the canyon. After he got out, he met a family from Holland who gave him food and water. He was finally saved after staying there alone for more than five days.
         Even though he lost one arm, he still loves to get close to nature and welcomes adventures. The only change in him after the accident is that he now makes sure someone knows where he is going. He is truly a man of courage.
