Dear Manager of Wonderful Season Kitchen,
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at yourrestaurant on May 1. I visited your establishment with a group of friends in celebrationof getting a lucrative contract, and unfortunately, we experienced a significant delayin receiving our food.
We arrived at the restaurant at P.M. 6:00, and we were seated promptly. However, ittook over twenty minutes for our server to take our order. After we finally placed ourorder, it took an additional twenty minutes for our food to arrive at the table. Duringthis time, we were left waiting without any updates or apologies from the staff. 
When our food finally arrived, it was cold and lacked the quality that we have come toexpect from your restaurant. We were extremely disappointed with the overallexperience and felt that the slow service detracted from the quality of the food.
 I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve the speedand quality of service at your restaurant.
