Trees are important to us.
They make air clean.
They help clean rainwater, too.
Trees make our world more beautiful.
We feel relaxed when we see tall green trees.
There are fewer and fewer trees in the forests now.
Because we cut down lots of them to build houses and make paper.
Many animals lose their homes,
And have a hard time finding food to eat.
The poor animals cry for help, but few people listen.
We can’t let things go on like this.
Let’s do something, everybody!
Grow more trees and care for them.
Use both sides of paper.
Reuse and recycle boxes and paper bags, too.
Let’s help save the forests.
