        Trying to live a healthy lifestyle isn’talways easy, but if you do so, you will besurprised about the wonderful change of yourlife!
        To live a healthy life, here is some advicefor you. First, do healthy activities likewalking, running, dancing, swimming, orplaying sports for thirty minutes every day.
        Second, have regular meals and eathealthy food every day. Don’t eat too muchjunk food and desserts like chocolate, cookiesand cake. Also, too much sugar and salt canbe bad for your health, too.         
        Third, go to bed early and get up earlyevery day. Lack of sleeping and rest canalways lead to a terrible day because youdon’t have enough energy to do anything.
         Making changes may be really difficult,but a little difference every day can let youbecome a healthy person and give you aperfect life!
